Welcome to Archopia Company Limited (“Archopia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to our websites, mobile applications available on Google Play and Apple App Store, WebGL browser games, and any other products, services, or features provided by Archopia (collectively referred to as the “Archopia Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using any part of the Archopia Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Archopia Services.
1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
1.1. Eligibility to Create an Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services,

If you are a minor, you must obtain explicit consent from your parent or legal guardian, who will be bound by these Terms on your behalf;

You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity or for commercial purposes.
By creating an account, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not create or use an account.
1.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register an account with Cuisinia. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You can create an account for the Archopia Services through:

Third-party authentication services, such as Google, Facebook, or Apple ID (if applicable).

Users may also be required to comply with Google Play, Apple App Store, or other platform-specific policies, which may govern account creation, payment processing, or content usage.
During account registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. Archopia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete information.
1.3 Accuracy of Personal Information
When registering an account, you must provide your real name and accurate information. The use of false, misleading, or impersonated identities is strictly prohibited.
Archopia may request verification of your identity for security or legal compliance. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.
1.4. Email Requirements and Notifications

You must register your account using a valid and active email address.

All official account notifications, legal updates, and security alerts will be sent to this email.

If you use a third-party login (e.g., Google, Facebook), your registered email will be the one associated with that service.

You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date to avoid missing critical notifications, including potential account termination due to inactivity.
Archopia shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain an active and valid email address.
1.5. Account Security and Restrictions
By creating an account, you agree to the following security rules:

You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or login credentials to any third party.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized access, security breach, or compromise of your account, you must immediately notify Archopia Support at thearchopia@gmail.com

You are responsible for all activities and losses incurred on your account due to:

Failure to safeguard login credentials;

Unauthorized access resulting from negligence; or
-
Allowing others to use your account.

Archopia reserves the right to take necessary security measures, including temporary or permanent account suspension, to protect user accounts and system integrity.
1.6. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To enhance security, Archopia may require users to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA provides an additional layer of security by requiring:

A one-time authentication code sent via email or mobile device; or

Other verification methods designated by Archopia.
Failure to comply with MFA requirements may result in restricted access or temporary suspension of your account.
2. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
2.1. Suspension or Termination of Your Account

You may terminate or suspend your account at any time by contacting Archopia Support at thearchopia@gmail.com.
2.1.2. Termination by Archopia
Archopia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if, in our reasonable discretion, we determine that:

You have violated any part of these Terms, including the User Rules outlined in Section 7.

Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity, security, or stability of the Archopia Services.

We have discontinued the availability of Archopia Services in your region (reasonable advance notice will be provided where feasible).

You have failed to make payments for services or Virtual Content, except in cases of Archopia’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity related to your account, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of another person’s payment information.
Archopia may use automated systems, manual reviews, or machine learning tools to assist in identifying policy violations and determining whether an account should be suspended or terminated. If you believe your account was wrongfully suspended or terminated, you may submit an appeal through Archopia Support at thearchopia@gmail.com.
2.2. Account Inactivity & Termination Due to Non-Use
If your account remains inactive for an extended period, Archopia reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or termination.
Before taking such action, we will:

Provide notice via email to the address registered to your account.

Offer an opportunity for you to reactivate your account before it is permanently removed.
Failure to respond to our notifications within the provided timeframe may result in permanent account deletion and the loss of all associated Content and data.
2.3. Consequences of Account Termination
If Archopia terminates your account, you acknowledge that:

You will lose access to your account and all associated data, including Content, in-game currency, and purchases.

You will not be entitled to a refund for any in-game purchases or Virtual Content lost due to termination.

Archopia reserves the right to terminate any other accounts you may have registered.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any financial obligations or outstanding fees owed to Archopia.
By using Archopia Services, you acknowledge the risk of suspension or termination in cases of misuse, violation of Terms, or inactivity. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms to maintain access to your account.
3. LIMITED LICENSE
3.1. Scope of License
Archopia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access and use the Archopia Services strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Use any Content associated with your account in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not grant you ownership of any part of the Archopia Services, Game Content, or Content.
If your account is terminated for any reason, your license to use Archopia Services and Content will be immediately revoked without refund or compensation.
Unless explicitly authorized by Archopia in writing, you may not:

Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Archopia Services.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from Archopia software.

Transfer, assign, or attempt to resell Content or in-game assets to other players for real-world money.
Violation of this license may result in legal action and/or account termination.
3.2. Intellectual Property Rights
Archopia, along with its licensors, retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all aspects of the Archopia Services, including but not limited to:

Game content (characters, objects, environments, animations, music, sound effects, etc.).

Content (skins, in-game currency, emotes, accessories, etc.).
-
Trademarks, logos, trade names, and branding associated with Archopia and its products.
-
Game mechanics, methods of operation, and software architecture.
Unless explicitly permitted in a separate, written agreement, you may not use Archopia’s intellectual property for any purpose, including but not limited to:

Commercial use (e.g., selling merchandise featuring Archopia assets).
-
Unauthorized modifications or distribution of Archopia’s software or game files.
-
Creating derivative works or reproductions of Archopia assets outside of the permitted scope.
Archopia may allow limited personal, non-commercial use of its intellectual property, such as fan art, subject to its Fan Content Policy (if applicable). However, this policy is subject to change at Archopia’s sole discretion.
Any unauthorized use of Archopia’s intellectual property may result in account suspension, termination, and potential legal consequences.
4. VIRTUAL GOODS, GAME CURRENCY, AND PURCHASES
4.1. Definition of Virtual Content
When using Archopia Services, we may provide you with the ability to acquire a limited license to access:

Virtual Goods – Includes, but is not limited to, in-game items such as characters, skins, emotes, accessories, weapons, or consumables.

Game Currency – A form of in-game currency that may be used exclusively within the Archopia Services, unless otherwise specified.

Virtual Content – Collectively refers to Virtual Goods and Game Currency associated with your account.
Game Currency is tied to the specific game for which it was obtained, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of acquisition.
4.2. Methods of Acquiring a License for Virtual Content
Archopia may provide multiple avenues for you to obtain a limited license to access Virtual Content, including:

Purchasing Virtual Content through an approved payment method (e.g., credit card, cryptocurrency, or other accepted forms of payment).

Earning Virtual Content by completing in-game objectives, challenges, or achievements.
-
Receiving Virtual Content as a gift from another player or through promotional events conducted by Archopia.
Regardless of the method of acquisition, Virtual Content remains licensed, not owned, as outlined below.
4.3. Ownership and Licensing of Virtual Content
You do not own any Virtual Content acquired within Archopia Services, whether earned, purchased, or received. Instead, Archopia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use Virtual Content within the applicable game.

Content has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real currency or tangible goods.
-
Content may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged outside of the authorized Archopia environment unless specifically allowed.
-
Refunds are not available for Content purchases, except where explicitly permitted by Archopia or required by applicable law.
Archopia reserves the right to alter or remove Content as necessary to ensure game balance, regulatory compliance, or service enhancements.
4.4. Legal and Account Implications of Content
By acquiring Virtual Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have no ownership, property rights, or title to Content, regardless of payment or consideration provided.

Your account, and all associated Content, remains the exclusive property of Archopia.
-
Content may be modified, removed, or revoked at Archopia’s discretion, including upon account termination or expiration.

Archopia is not liable for any deletion, modification, or loss of Content due to service updates, hacking incidents, account security breaches, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Archopia reserves the right to impose restrictions on Content usage, including but not limited to:

Expiration or time-limited access to certain Virtual Goods.
-
Adjustments to in-game economies, such as rebalancing Game Currency values.
-
Limitations on purchasing, transferring, or accumulating Virtual Content.
4.5. Availability and Changes to Content
Archopia is committed to improving and maintaining the quality of its services, which may require changes to Content, including but not limited to:

Removing, modifying, repackaging, or repricing Virtual Goods and Game Currency.
-
Adjusting in-game balance, graphics, or attributes of Virtual Content.
-
Discontinuing certain Virtual Goods—in such cases, Archopia may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

Changing the purchasing power of Game Currency—if such changes significantly impact your balance negatively, we will provide advance notice (e.g., via in-game announcements, website posts, or direct email notifications).
Archopia does not guarantee the permanent availability of any Virtual Content and disclaims any implied value associated with Virtual Content.
If Archopia permits trading, selling, or transferring of Virtual Content, it must be conducted exclusively through approved services provided by Archopia.
5. FEES AND TAXES
5.1. Payment Responsibilities and Service Fees
Payments for mobile apps may be processed via third-party platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store. In such cases, you are subject to the payment policies, refund terms, and billing practices of those platforms. Certain aspects of Archopia Services require payment, and you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete payment details when making transactions.

Pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your account and purchases.
-
Acknowledge that pricing, fees, and exchange rates for Game Currency or Virtual Goods may be updated periodically with future effect.
Archopia reserves the right to modify its pricing structure, including the purchasing power of Game Currency, at any time. Adjustments will be communicated in advance if they have a significant impact.
Failure to pay any required fees may result in account suspension or termination, as outlined in Section 2 (Account Termination).
Unless otherwise stated, all fees:

Must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly permitted by Archopia.

Are subject to change as Archopia modifies its services, monetization models, or in-game economies.
-
May include additional costs, such as processing fees, depending on the selected payment method.
5.2. Responsibilities Regarding Game Currency
As a user of Archopia Services, you are responsible for:

Paying any applicable local, national, or international taxes related to your transactions involving Game Currency.

Verifying all Game Currency transactions, including ensuring that balances are correctly added or deducted.
-
Reporting any discrepancies or errors related to your Game Currency balance immediately to Archopia Support.
Archopia reserves the right to:

Limit the amount of Game Currency you can purchase or hold in your account at any time.
-
Restrict Game Currency purchases and usage based on your region due to regulatory or legal compliance requirements.
-
Modify the price and availability of Game Currency and Virtual Goods, with reasonable notice where significant changes are made.
If you suspect an error or issue with your Game Currency balance, you must contact Archopia Support within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate the claim and may require additional verification to resolve the issue.
6. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
6.1. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement Actions
To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all users, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as follow the User Conduct Policies outlined in this section and any additional policies published on our platforms.
The User Conduct Policies (collectively referred to as the "Community Guidelines") serve as a code of conduct that all users must follow when engaging with Archopia Services. These guidelines are subject to updates, and we reserve the right to modify or enforce disciplinary measures to maintain the integrity of our platform.
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in temporary bans, account suspension, termination, or other corrective actions, at our sole discretion.
6.2. Examples of Prohibited Behavior
The following actions constitute a breach of our Community Guidelines and may result in disciplinary measures:

Impersonation and False Representation

Pretending to be any individual, entity, or organization, including Archopia employees.

Creating usernames or accounts that falsely indicate an official association with Archopia.

Privacy Violations and Doxxing

Sharing, publishing, or publicly disclosing private or identifying information of yourself, other players, or Archopia employees.

Harassment, Threats, and Hate Speech

Engaging in any form of harassment, stalking, bullying, or intimidation of other users or Archopia employees.

Using offensive, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, misogynistic, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language in any form.

Intellectual Property Violations

Removing, altering, or concealing any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices from Archopia Services.
-
Posting or distributing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents of Archopia or any third party.

Malicious Software and Unauthorized Access
-
Transmitting or attempting to distribute viruses, malware, worms, trojans, bots, keyloggers, or any malicious software that could disrupt or harm Archopia Services.

Attempting to hack, exploit, mine, scrape, or intercept any system, data, or personal information from Archopia Services.

Circumvention of Security and Service Protections

Bypassing, removing, disabling, decrypting, impairing, or tampering with any security measures, anti-cheat mechanisms, or other technological safeguards implemented by Archopia.

Spamming and Disruptive Behavior

Sending repetitive, excessive, or irrelevant messages that disrupt chat, forums, or in-game communication for personal or commercial purposes.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Activities
-
Engaging in scams, social engineering, or any fraudulent activity intended to deceive or exploit other users.

Using Archopia Services to defraud, launder money, or engage in illegal financial activities.
-

Use of Unauthorized Third-Party Software

Using or distributing unauthorized software, modifications, hacks, cheats, bots, scripts, automation programs, or exploits that interact with Archopia Services.

Intercepting, emulating, or redirecting communications between Archopia and its users.
-

Unauthorized Access and Exploits
-
Attempting to access restricted areas of Archopia Services, including private servers, databases, or administrative tools.
-
Exploiting game mechanics, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantages.
11. Username Violations and Inappropriate Content

Creating usernames or in-game names that contain:
-
Hate speech, sexual content, or profanity.
-
Personally identifiable information.
-
False implications of affiliation with Archopia.
-

Circumventing username restrictions by using misspellings or alternative characters.
12. Abuse of In-Game Features

Repeatedly leaving, logging out, or disconnecting from live gameplay sessions in a manner that negatively impacts other players.

Participating in or assisting with "account boosting" by playing on another user’s account.
13. Encouraging or Assisting in Violations
-
Inducing, assisting, or encouraging others to violate these Community Guidelines.
14. Unauthorized Commercial Use
-
Using Archopia Services for business, advertising, or promotional purposes without written authorization.
-
Continuing to use Archopia Services for commercial gain after being asked to stop.
6.3. Enforcement and Consequences of Violations
Archopia takes violations of its Community Guidelines seriously. Depending on the severity of the offense, Archopia may take the following actions:

Verbal or Written Warning – For minor infractions, Archopia may issue a warning before taking further action.
-
Temporary Suspension – A temporary restriction on access to Archopia Services for a defined period.
-
Permanent Account Ban – Severe or repeated violations may result in a permanent termination of your account.
-
Removal of Content or Features – Content found in violation of our policies may be removed, and access to certain features may be revoked.

Legal Action – In extreme cases, Archopia reserves the right to pursue legal action or cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

Archopia does not guarantee prior notice before taking action. If you believe disciplinary action has been taken against your account in error, you may contact Archopia Support for review. However, Archopia retains full discretion in determining violations and appropriate penalties.
By using Archopia Services, you acknowledge and accept that you must abide by these Community Guidelines to maintain access to your account and participate in the community.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
7.1. Responsibility for User-Generated Content
By using Archopia Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any text, usernames, images, sounds, videos, or other material and information that you create, upload, share, or transmit within the platform ("Your Content").
You agree that:

You grant Archopia a broad license to use Your Content

By uploading or transmitting Your Content, you irrevocably grant Archopia a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, and otherwise use Your Content in any medium or form, for the purpose of operating and enhancing Archopia Services.

This license includes all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with Your Content, with no obligation of compensation to you.

Waiver of Moral Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive all moral rights in Your Content (including the right to attribution and protection against modifications).

If moral rights cannot be waived in your jurisdiction, you grant Archopia the right to edit, alter, and use Your Content with or without attribution (your name or pseudonym).

Your Content must not violate third-party rights

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any contractual obligations.

No confidentiality obligations

Archopia does not guarantee confidentiality for Your Content, and you acknowledge that Your Content may be visible to other users or used by Archopia for various purposes, including marketing and community engagement.

Content moderation and removal

Archopia reserves the right to review, modify, remove, or disable access to any Content that, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service, the User Conduct Guidelines, or applicable laws.

By submitting Your Content, you acknowledge and agree that you have the legal right to share and license it, and that Archopia may use Your Content in any manner without compensation, credit, or further notice to you.
8. MONITORING & ANTI-CHEAT
8.1. Monitoring of Archopia Services
To ensure fair play, security, and an enjoyable experience for all users, Archopia may actively monitor interactions within its platform, including:

Preventing cheating, hacking, and fraudulent activities.

Reducing toxic or disruptive player behavior.
-
Improving service quality and user experience.
Archopia may monitor user activity both on its servers and on users' devices (if permitted by law). For details on how Archopia processes and protects user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Anti-Cheat Software & System Integrity Measures
To protect the integrity of Archopia Services, Archopia may require the installation of anti-cheat software or implement server-side security measures to detect and prevent cheating.

The anti-cheat software may operate in the background and run checks on your device to detect unauthorized modifications, third-party software, or any attempts to exploit or gain unfair advantages within Archopia Services.

The anti-cheat software may continue to run even when you are not actively using Archopia Services, solely for the purpose of monitoring potential violations.
By using Archopia Services, you consent to these monitoring and security measures. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must cease using Archopia Services and uninstall the software.
Failure to comply with Archopia's anti-cheat policies may result in temporary suspensions, permanent account bans, or legal action.
9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
9.1. Modifications to These Terms
Archopia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service as the platform evolves and as required by applicable laws.

When we update these Terms, you will be notified and provided with a reasonable period to review the new agreement.

The updated Terms will supersede and replace the previous version.

By continuing to use Archopia Services after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue the use of Archopia Services.
9.2. Modifications to the Archopia Services
Archopia continuously works to improve its services, including gameplay mechanics, features, security measures, and user experience. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the Archopia Services at our sole discretion, without liability to you, to the extent permitted by law.
This may include:

Adjusting or discontinuing certain game features.

Modifying in-game assets, virtual goods, or currencies for legal, regulatory, or gameplay improvement purposes.

Requiring users to download and install software updates or patches.

Implementing system changes that may affect the hardware or software requirements necessary to access Archopia Services.
You acknowledge that Archopia may deploy automatic updates in the background, which may be installed without prior notice. If such modifications require additional software or hardware upgrades, you will be responsible for ensuring that your system meets the new requirements.
10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
10.1. Third-Party Links Disclaimer
Archopia Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Archopia. These links may be provided for user convenience, promotional purposes, or shared by other users as part of user-generated content.

Any interaction with external links is at your own risk.

Archopia is not liable for the accuracy, security, or content of third-party websites, nor for any damages or losses incurred as a result of accessing or using them.
10.2. User Responsibility

Archopia is not responsible for any transactions, services, or data collection practices of third-party sites.

Archopia reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any third-party links that violate its policies or pose security risks.
Proceed with caution when engaging with external websites and services, as Archopia does not provide any guarantees regarding their reliability or safety.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Archopia Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express, implied, or statutory. You acknowledge and agree that:

Archopia, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information is provided.

You assume all risks associated with the use of Archopia Services, including but not limited to data loss, in-game progression, and availability of Virtual Content.

Archopia does not warrant that its services will meet your expectations or function without delays, disruptions, or defects.

Any third-party services, links, or content provided through Archopia are accessed at your own risk, and Archopia assumes no liability for such third-party content.
11.2. Limitation of Liability
Archopia is not liable for service disruptions, transaction failures, or data loss caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Apple, or browser-based services (e.g., WebGL) beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Archopia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Archopia Services, including Virtual Goods and Game Currency.

Any errors, bugs, security breaches, or service interruptions, even if Archopia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Any action taken against you by another user or third party related to your use of the Archopia Services.
In no event shall Archopia’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Archopia in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3. Exclusions
Notwithstanding the above, Archopia does not exclude or limit its liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including:

Liability arising from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.2 Assignment of Rights and Obligations
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without approval shall be null and void. Archopia reserves the right to assign its rights under these Terms at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted under Thai law.
12.3. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, User Rules, and any referenced agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Archopia regarding the use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or verbal.
12.4. Force Majeure
Archopia shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Cyber-attacks, data breaches, system failures, or unauthorized access;

Natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions;

Supply chain disruptions, utility failures, or labor shortages.
This provision does not limit any consumer rights under applicable law.
12.5. No Legal Partnership or Employment Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Archopia. Both parties remain independent entities with no fiduciary obligations beyond these Terms.
12.6 No Waiver of Rights
Any failure by Archopia to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. A waiver is only effective if in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
12.7 Remedies
Archopia may seek injunctive relief or other remedies under Thai law if your breach of these Terms causes harm, especially concerning intellectual property or unauthorized use.

Formal legal correspondence must be delivered in writing to Archopia’s registered office in Thailand as listed on our official website.
12.9 Sanctions and Export Control Compliance
You may not use Archopia Services if:

You are listed under sanctions by the United Nations, Thailand, or international regulatory bodies;

You are prohibited under applicable Thai law or export control regulations.
12.10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed while the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

Whenever the term "including" is used in these Terms, it shall be interpreted as "including but not limited to."
12.12. Duration of Terms
These Terms remain in effect from the moment you accept them and continue to apply as long as you maintain an account or use the Archopia Services. Certain provisions shall survive termination.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM TERMS
Archopia Services may be distributed or accessed through third-party platforms, including Google Play, Apple App Store, and web-based WebGL game environments. You agree to comply with the respective platform’s terms and policies, including but not limited to user conduct, content ratings, refund procedures, and subscription rules.
Archopia is not responsible for any action taken by a platform provider, including suspension of your platform account, refund decisions, or changes to platform policies that may affect your access to Archopia Services.
14. Changes to These Terms
Cuisinia reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide
a more prominent notice, such as a banner on our website or an email notification. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the updated terms.
